The Booch Factory (brand owner of Teasha) is dedicated to delivering high-quality non-alcoholic beverages directly to your doorstep. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines important details regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery charges.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to most locations across India. Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery availability. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2.2 Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

3.1 Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery (where available): 2-4 business days

3.2 Delivery Delays: While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, please note that unforeseen factors (such as weather, high demand, or logistics issues) may affect delivery times. If there are significant delays, we will notify you.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination:

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

6.1 Single Delivery Attempt: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package at the address provided. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

6.2 Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner may attempt a second delivery, depending on the carrier’s policy. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to our facility. In this case, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

8. Delivery Area Limitations

Our delivery coverage may vary based on the destination’s accessibility. We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If your delivery address is in a remote area, delivery times may be extended, and additional charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

9.1 Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and its contents. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our Returns, Replacement, and Refund Policy.

9.2 Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@teasha.in. We will work with the courier to locate the package and provide a resolution.

10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
