At The Booch Factory (brand owner of Teasha), customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality non-alcoholic beverages to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns, replacement, and refund policy below.

1. Returns and Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • You receive an incorrect item that is different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exclusions:

  • Products purchased on sale or with discounts.
  • Products that are opened or partially used.
  • Any damage caused after delivery, including improper storage.

2. Process for Returns and Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Email us at hello@teasha.in within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and your order details.
  2. Evaluation: Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue. If the product is eligible for return or replacement, we will arrange for a pickup.
  3. Replacement: After verifying the issue, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the replacement to be processed and shipped.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product and do not wish to receive a replacement, you can request a refund.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected or after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the stated time, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable products that are opened or consumed.
  • Any product that is damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@teasha.in with your order details. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to damaged or incorrect products, shipping costs for the return and replacement will be covered by us.
  • For cancellations or other eligible returns, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
