1. Quality Guarantee
We take pride in ensuring our beverages meet the highest quality standards. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control checks before shipping. If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please contact us within the stipulated time frame for assistance.
2. Scope of Guarantee
Our guarantee covers the following:
a. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
b. Defective Products: If a product has any manufacturing defect affecting quality or safety, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that because our products are consumable and perishable, they do not carry a traditional warranty. However, we guarantee that they are fresh and safe to consume within the “Best Before” date specified on the packaging, provided they are stored as directed.
3. Replacement or Refund
If your product is eligible for replacement or refund, we will provide one of the following options:
a. Replacement: We will arrange a replacement shipment of the same product at no additional cost to you.
b. Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Conditions for Guarantee Claims
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:
a. Time Frame: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
b. Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or a receipt to validate your purchase.
c. Product Condition: Products should remain unopened, except when reporting internal defects or quality issues.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover products damaged due to improper storage, handling after delivery, or use beyond the “Best Before” date.
